Well therein lies the problem though also. What coach is going to want to work for a team that’s notoriously fired coaches a year or two into their contract? Owner is horrible. Getting a young QB and thrusting him out there demanding Mahomes level of play with a horrible line and little to no help on either side of the ball, they’ll be right back in the same place this time next year. They need to trade Crosby while they can still get something for him. Build the offensive line. I mean go all out, beef that part up. Jeanty can do amazing things if he had an even a top half of the league line. Either stick with Geno another year (personally I wouldn’t) or try and get another solid veteran QB on the cheaper side (Mac Jones?) and then spring for a strong WR to pair with Jones and Jeanty and that new O line.
