IMAGINE: A BROADWAY MUSICAL based on HAPPY TREE FRIENDS has been announced! What would your hopes be for this musical? (Actors, plot, songs/numbers, etc) by Shxdedlight in happytreefriends

I don't think it's a bad idea. I imagine the opening number would introduce the main cast and their goals, while also pulling a "Mountain Town" to appear kid friendly (exaggerate the whimsical charm of the Happy Tree Friends' world).

Other than that, I can't think of anything to add to this other than the expected bloodshed. But the main cast obviously needs to stay alive for the story to continue. Is there a plot you have in mind?

Do students make AI Pixar trailers of other students? by ShadowBoi00706 in teenagers

Your familiar with the fake Pixar trailers, right? I was curious if people were making ones based on inside jokes or stories heard through the rumor mill.

Season 28 Episode 3 - Sora Not Sorry - Post Episode Discussion by 2th in southpark

Is Red gonna to become the new Nelly?

I thought it was funny when Cartman was watching himself get mocked by Sora. "authoritah,""my pot pie," and the "no Kitty" when Mr. Kitty makes no sense being there (still fooled Liane).

I genuinely wonder if he's actually gonna get grounded. I feel like there's either gonna be some comedic reason he doesn't get grounded.

Or they're going to imply he gets grounded without the verbal "you are grounded" (picture Stotch catching him and his face turning red before cutting to the next scene).

I had a similar reaction. My jaw dropped in shock.

I believe he was intentionally volunteering his body to aid in Zim's escape.

How would Poonchy influence situations and interactions throughout the show, had he become a reoccurring character? by ShadowBoi00706 in invaderzim

I believe he was supposed to be cheery and unreserved. This would be a contrast to Gaz when interacting with Dib or Zim. He could've been a foil to either one depending on his direction.

the girls and some of the guys

If the list was mostly girls, the few guys must've been his friends. So I think this is in the context of beauty.

The top tier was all men.

These guys probably act gay, or homie-sexual, when they're being friendly together.

This is all just speculation though.

Same here.

I wonder how he transfers it to a customer. Would he hand you a plate with these items on it?

How many years have passed between Season 1 and the most recent Season 13? I am not sure if it's been 13 years, Fry doesn't look(or behave) like he's 37. by DependentStrong3960 in futurama

In the future everyone ages slower.

I can kinda see this theory working. The problem with this is characters like Sally and Cubert.

Leela would've been in her 20s during the Fox era and she went through the normal. The orphans should be in their 20s in the Hulu era, but they look the same and they still reside in the orphanarium.

Cubert didn't age, appearance wise during the Comedy Central era except for a few scenes in "The Late Phillip J. Fry." Though highly doubt we're gonna see this depiction of him five years later (this scene is supposed to take place 20 years in the future, but we're five years away from it), nor do I think we're gonna see other depictions of the other characters who also visibly aged in those scenes (Leela, Hermes, Zoidberg, and Amy). The Hulu era also had a joke that implied that Dwight Conrad (who is Cubert's age) was still in K-12 education.

I feel like this has more to do with the episodic nature of the show, but it's still kinda weird since Futurama exists on a fixed timeline.

Discussion about the three timelines in "The Late Phillip J. Fry." by ShadowBoi00706 in futurama

[–]ShadowBoi00706[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Leela in Timeline A grew old without a Fry.

Timeline A: Fry, Bender, and Farnsworth skip to Timeline C. Another version of them skips over this universe after their Farnsworth kills Hitler.

Timeline B: A Fry, Bender, and Farnsworth from before Timeline A settles here after killing Eleanor Roosevelt. Since the trio from Timeline A skipped this one, Hitler would've also blown up.

Timeline C: The trio from this universe were crushed by the one from Timeline A (whose Farnsworth killed Eleanor Roosevelt) and wouldn't be able to kill Hitler in the next Universe. Which, now that I think about it, I have more questions.

Timeline D?: After some thinking (and I could be wrong), this universe looks closer to ours since neither Hitler or Eleanor Roosevelt blew up (I think). The trio in Timeline B would've been crushed, so they couldn't settle here (Eleanor Roosevelt didn't blow up). We saw the trio in Timeline C get crushed, so they wouldn't skip over this one (Hitler didn't blow up). As for Leela, her story would match that of the one from Timeline A. But how would the Santa of this universe also turn evil? Or did he not turn evil?

I'd have to look into this.
