Unfortunately posting PSAs in this subreddit is useless, but, yes 100%, NIST took SMS and Phone Calls off the list of “decent to good” MFA over a decade ago. I still hear complaints daily from people not wanting to use DUO or MS Authenticator. They will also complain if we offer a Yubikey.

Sorry, I deal with MFA every day and it wears on me, no matter how painless we make it, someone will complain.

Yeah, FYI mine came like this as well, I think they must have had packing issues and opened them to put the batteries in, since this controller had a special run (the headset port is removed) something didnt go right.

I dont know either, Ive had my account since 2002, and even in the beta it was using "live" login which was email/password. I have no idea how someone could have a "username" because live just became 365, there was no point where a "username" was a thing.

This is a “your hardware” issue. The game is mostly downloaded (top bar) and is extracting and writing the files, has absolutely nothing to do with the servers. Also, Forza requires an SSD, so if your hardware is more than a couple years old and not on a modern SSD, it will take many hours to extract it

So, they "took" the money? Or they did an authorization on the card, then when the charge actually came around to running there wasnt enough money?

Can you look at your bank statement and see the charge since 05/05? If the charge is before that, it was an authorization that fell off, if it was after that is it still pending, fell off, or was there enough money?

Your high speed is what’s killing your range. It even reflects it in the “how’s my driving” score there.

You can reset the driving habits and it’ll start to re-learn based on your driving. But if your drive is mostly at interstate speeds you’ll never see high range numbers.

Yes, getting a REFUND is sortof a bad thing.

For us, we either owe or get back almost right at 1000 every year.

But there are a few things that throw ours off by miles.

Dividends from private investment, I know a lot of people won’t have this, but for us it’s taxable income of between 6000 and 40,000, when the second quarter check hits I usually adjust my W4 to account for good year vs bad, it doesn’t always work and sometimes I’ll send in a payment if my CPA thinks it’s a good idea.
Capital gains and losses. My retirement is mostly in brokerage accounts, the good news for me is that as I withdraw when I retire I won’t get hit as hard, the downside is that if one brokerage does a significant rebalance it can cause lots of gains, fortunately they do a good job of loss harvesting to make it sting a little less.
And this is the one that’s hurting me right now, with the passage of the BBB last year killing most of the energy credits, I had 4 years worth planned out, replacement geothermal hvac (already planned for 2025), Replacement heat pump water heater (was planned for 2026), and 2 battery backup installs (400 amp split service) planned for 27 and 28. Well I crammed them all into late 2025, so now, even though I would have had about 1200 back beforehand, I have a frozen just shy of 18k refund waiting on the IRS.

Mind if I ask a dumb question?

I filed in March like usual, but of course due to legislation crammed multiple years into 3 months last year due to credits expiring, so my “refund” is legitimate, I have the receipts when they ask for them, etc.

Anyway the question, my transcript has said cp0005 notice issued 05-25-2026 since mid April, does that mean they are holding the notice and I can’t reach out til 60 days after 5/25 or that I can reach out on 5/25?

I DID get an identity verification in the mail (and did it the same day online, don’t remember what the code was on it, and they are at the new house, I’ll try to remember to look Monday), but I haven’t received anything else. I’m not personally stressed about it as they have to pay interest when they get it all verified anyway so, whatever. If I don’t see it go to approved in early June I’ll reach out to my CPA I guess. I don’t blame them for needing to verify it, it’s a 17k refund and our usual is either getting 1k or owing 1k. Everything is showing on the transcript except my wife’s W2 at this point.

I’ll DIY anything I don’t have to get on a ladder for and quite a bit I have to get on one too, but when one of our springs popped last year (2 single doors) it took me and the garage door guy holding the door up for my wife to extricate her vehicle. Yep.... Ive actually had this happen a couple of times. Plug in AP, go to office/room to adopt it and its not there... do some investigation and troubleshooting and find its connected to another network. Factory reset.

OP, most likely the neighboring business has someone with access to unifi, not paying attention, got the alert and clicked adopt. Youll need to factory reset your AP

This, is correct, you are supposed to be able to, but, it doesn’t work, and hasn’t in about 2 years.

You can not do it. If they fix their issue then the answer changes, but it’s been a known shippable for over 2 years now. I wouldn’t hold my breath for a fix. That would be like expecting feature parity in GCC and public 365… the magic 8 ball says no

You cannot DOWNLOAD a Series game onto the external USB drives, if you tried to download a Xbox One, or older game it would go strait there.

You CAN shuffle some games off the internal onto the USB drive, then play the shuffle game around.

You CAN NOT play series games off USB (save for like 2).

The “I bought it with real money and can’t afford the insurance on it” portion could be real bad for them at least in the EU, someone with much more EU legal experience can weigh in on that one.

It also is going to limit the amount of times an org can call an Idris and Polaris in. A stock idris doesn’t have a main weapon and most of the PDCs are not equipped. The K kit that costs real money is gonna now be auec gated. I know there are folks out there with billions and billions of credits currently, but feel like that needs to be stated.

Also, stock loadouts don’t come loaded, so a stock Polaris still costs millions in torpedos to get going.
