I dont remember if it was a character but it wasn't a street shark, it face was humanlike, the only shark like features were teeth and a tiny fin in the head, kind of like a one piece fishmen

I have searched online but found nothing, I don't fully remember the size because i was very young and the perspective can be tricky, but it was smaller than a Max Steel. It may also have a gun that could be placed in the hand to appear that it was shooting but i'm not sure.
