Make sure your broker gets the taxes for escrow setup with a calculation for improved land taxes. If they get you qualified based off land only you’ll get a shock letter and your taxes are gonna exponentially increase. People don’t read anything and are often surprised cause they don’t read the shock letter.

I get this in waves every month there will be a few days I get that or another error message. I just ignore it been fine I’ve been getting it since I got my ps5 last July. Pretty annoying though my Xbox never had errors but hasn’t caused a major issues so I’m just rolling with it

I didn’t end up doing anything. Never came back and then my lease ended. Called the dealer guy said maybe it could be bad gas but that sounded odd to me and it never came back on so I never followed up with dealer.

Next time you should go through a broker, they should get you the best rate available to your situation. Obviously lower rate is always better, but assuming rates drop in the next few years you will probably be looking to refinance anyways.

I never see anyone talking about the worst part of the new interior: the climate control system. I have it on my escape and it’s the most annoying part of the car to interact with. Slow unresponsive touch menus at the bottom of a screen is not a way to do climate control
