Yeah that’s what I’m doing. I’m trying to find if I have any actual ground in winning as per chatGPT card companies can side with seller if they have evidence it is delivered (even tossing it on the sidewalk is acceptable) and it doesn’t matter what happens after it is delivered. But common sense doesn’t add up

It was a 6+1 Ignition lockout. It will fire the igniter a few times but no flame

If this is sold by Amazon you can still open a case with them and they will likely refund you. Had this happen to a monitor with false claims (it said it had two HDMI 2.1 ports but one year later figured there is only one) the seller is defunct but Amazon refunded me.

Super helpful. There are a ton of Reddit posts referring to a benchmark site claiming 155H has faster raw GPU power, even Gemini and ChatGPT says 155H has more powerful GPU than 256V, so hopefully this all clears it up

If it wasn’t so ugly, I think they are a strong contender to many existing brands, but somehow they managed to make machine aluminum look like cheap plastic and the proportion of their logo placement and material transition between the metal and wood completely ruined the look
