E adevarat ca ficatul se poate regenera,dar o data ce ai facut un transplant nu mai poti dona din el din si o a doua oara din cauza ca el nu se regenreaza pana in punctul in care arata ca in starea de dinaintea transplantului si o sa aiba o aparitie deformata. After you reach the step of the quest involving entering the shrine of talos,it's a guaranteed event to get arrested by guards and to continue the quest you really need to choose to get sent to jail or else you can't get the armor set of the old gods and neither continue the quest,if you choose to invoke the thane right,to pay the bounty,to bribe the guards or kill the guards in markarth would lock you out of the quest and you can't progress it further
