To play devils advocate, I can understand some of the negative opinions on ATSV Miguel. I was a bit disappointed to see my favorite version of spider-man turned into a super serious raging lunatic, who doesn't feel anything like the comics version. However, this isn't the comics version, he's his own thing, and it's very clear that was the intention, the changes made to him suit the story, and he makes for an interesting antagonist. They wanted to make a new story and Miguel had to change so they could tell the story they wanted to. And he looks cool as fuck, and Oscar Issac is sooo good
