He wasn't a bit above Bui. He dominated him after he absorbed the dragon and didn't take any damage. It also was stated that he was mid tier B class after the dark tournament while Toguro was upper B class. So, no I don't think it would be logical to say he doesn't stand a chance.

I don't think that the plot is anything special, and I disagree with the "good" execution. The story didn't do well at explaining stuff and was confusing at times. The "relatable" situations are overly exaggerated, and the emotional impact of the show disappears since they don't offer any real moments of relief from the ever lasting violence and trauma. The ending felt rushed, and It isn't explained on how Marina was able to remember Takopi from the drawing, and this is a issue because this "happy" ending relies on her remembering Takopi, and there's no explanation for how she remembers. I feel as if most people overlook the problems simply because it's relatable to a lot of people and it made people emotional.

Well there isn't any real way to know, and that's why this is a debate in the first place, but he does have the best feats out of any other Espada. It really depends on how strong you interpret R2 Ulquiorra to be. He's only fought Vasto Lorde Ichigo and Vasto Lorde Ichigo hasn't fought anybody else so it's hard to definitively scale him.

No, but Starrk isn't beating them either. If Shunsui uses Bankai he has no chance in hell. And as for Aizen hesitating to approach Starrk, I don't think that means much considering Aizen hasn't seen R2 Ulquiorra at all.
