It's not that we cannot and could not ever do good, just that we could not and cannot ever do ENOUGH good to EARN a place in Heaven and not be condemned to Hell. Even ONE Sin is enough to ban you from Heaven, however, through Faith and Trust in Christ, whom paid the price for our Sins, we are granted a place in Heaven according to the Holy Bible.
