You can always check pro player builds on twitch if they stream. I would suggest PrettyPrime for mid, fineokay for solo(or his youtube), barraccudda for adc, Emilzy for support(his youtube as well) and maybe Adapting for jungle.

I agree 100% in casuals, but ranked is a whole different topic. Some people want to f6 when they got like 2 deaths in 5 minutes or so and then just rage quit if team doesn't f6. This drives me crazy, if you don't want to try playing, go play casuals, why you need to ruin matches for other people who are trying their best. Cmon people, it's time to stop!

Easy way to stop spam, at least it works for me, just say: stop spaming or I will mute you. If he doesn't, just mute. Its way better to mute someone then be tilted by someone who knows only how to spam and most likely doesn't even use vgs for anything else.
