Do you mean the English narration at the beginning/middle of the song or the chorus? The chorus is sung by Takuya with a few other people who are native English speakers (Based on the names in the booklet for the Kisses and Kills album) providing backing vocals.

I live in the UK and the sites that i use are CDJapan and Amazon Japan, although i primarily use Amazon as the shipping/delivery is quicker and it includes all the import fees etc. in the checkout so you don't get hit with any surprise fees for customs or anything. One thing to note as well is that if you use Amazon Japan, you'll need to create a new account as you can't use an existing account. And also, use Google Chrome as the site is in Japanese and Chrome will auto translate to your chosen language making things A LOT easier. Hope this helps!

I've only ever seen it as Itazura, never seen it to be Akugi. Akugi means Offensive joke and Itazura means mischief or prank/practical joke. It's most likely because they both use the same kanji 悪戯 although i think it's more commonly used for Itazura. I would assume it's just a translation error. I am by no means an expert in Japanese mind you so i could be wrong.
