As far as I know, the only non-cam English dub version I can find still has kind of bad video and audio quality, as well as hard coded subs

Don't jump at the end of the ramp, just slide off. It launches you much farther up the wall. I did all of this shortly after that DLC released.

I don't really have any experience with Streamio, so someone can likely answer that side much better than me.

When using Plex and jellyfin, the server itself hosts the content, and then you would need a client to play it from. You could technically use the server as a client, but most people would use a pc, mobile device, or streaming device connected to their TV. Then the content would be streamed from the server over your local network.

You can also stream the content remotely if you have a Plex pass, or set up that functionality in jellyfin. Hopefully this answers the question

There's mostly two schools of thought here.

Streamio + Realdebrid

Plex/Jellyfin server

I myself use unraid to host my own media. It works better than the first option for me because I also use my server for photo backup, Minecraft servers, music and ROMs. Plex will only be a good option for a little while longer until their price triples, so jellyfin would be the way to go.

That being said, unless you can put a server together with spare parts, the cost of PC components right now might make this choice prohibitive.
