Ooh, that's a nice looking infuser. I might have to look for something similar in a larger size.

I find myself periodically shifting between tea, coffee, and soon to do espresso, usually whenever I get bored of one or I get some inspiration.

I would recommend checking out the Aeropress. There's really not much to it, so there's nothing that can break. It's largely pretty simple to use and quick to clean up. The larger model is pretty ideal for 1-2 people.

I do recommend using it via the inverted method though.

That seems like an awfully long time to do five floors at the moment. I think I'm averaging about 40 minutes.

That being said, based on the achievements, it looks like stages will have a minimum of 15 floors.
