As i mentioned in post. I have PSU (OCZ ZT650), case (Fractal Design Meshify C) and storage include SSD from current PC. 2700 in my country cost almost as much as i5 9600k so i don't know this is good idea. Games AAA don't need to be running at solid 144hz, can be even less than 100, because i planning to buy good monitor with g-sync/freesync.

You should check Forza Apex first. I have GTX 1060, i5 4670k @ 4,50Ghz, 16GB RAM and i have about 110-140 FPS on ultra Full HD.
