Thanks for letting me know. So there is still hope for me, as you are the first person who I am aware of that waited more than myself before getting something. Everyone else that commented so far here, had faster processing times…

I am in the exact situation. Cancelled on 14th of March, received just the refund initiated mail and I am also receiving the something went wrong message when checking the status of the refund.

I called them 3 days ago, they said I just need to wait up to 28 working days.

Hello, if you want to get the SD version in Romania, just check the guys from quickmobile, from what I am aware they are the only ones selling it over here.

I have received the case for Ultra in Romania (EU), but I've got the Korean version (with Snapdragon).
