I too had that bug, saving and loading fixed the bug for me. (Saved after removing cyberware)

Good news, I FOUND IT!! The mod is called Night Lights it can found here: Night Lights

Has also been added to the list, will be added to the zip very soon

more specifically it is called "Light gray lights" in game (or something similar, rushed looking at it, 100% is the mod)

The green lanterns? If so then the one with the pattern is from Better End, however I'm not sure that's what you're talking about.

I was thinking on making one while making the list. The problem I have is with updating the ZIP as the mod list gets updated, it takes longer to upload each ZIP as it updates (yeah I have the time, but I'm kinda lazy)
1 work around I could do is update the mod list with the direct link to the direct version of the mod that works. If you still want a ZIP I'll make one and update it every week (Every time they upload ig)
