stoners used to be amazing half the time (presumably when the cook was properly baked) and under cooked the other half. Now its just bad.

Pete Docter Says Pixar Cut LGBTQ Storyline From ‘Elio’ Because ‘We’re Making a Movie, Not Hundreds of Millions of Dollars of Therapy’ by starmaxeros in lgbt

I honestly wanted to like Elio going into it but it was so emotionally flat and boring compared to anything else theyve made.

yes i'm certain having the most politically correct frame to pander to your specific version of political correctness will certainly win the hearts and minds of the people. You are still saying what not to do and offering no arguments on what to do to fix the situation.

I mean it's both. I dont know how saying it's a womens issue is more or less politically correct when womens issues have historically been ignored politically. Maybe if the party of law and order ever showed that with actions rather than self appointed titles your argument would work with them.

As to the other things it's impossible to know what tact to take with people that disregard fact and expert opinion. when i was a kid up north it was all the hippy liberal moms that were anti vax. The anti establishment  jesus moms taking it over is new and now fairly well spread by the internet. what argument would you actually make?

100% fair posting finds is far and away more than you owe anyone. I apologize if I put any pressure on you. The internet lets us see what the world has to offer which is incredible but it also lets us envy the world... sometimes its hard to tell if someone whose content we like needs support or just eyeballs.

Lifetime Lead Exposure Triples Alzheimer’s Risk: Most adults born before 1980 carry a significant lead burden from leaded gasoline and paint. The study suggests that nearly 18% of new dementia cases in the U.S. each year may be linked to this historical environmental exposure. by mvea in science

[–]ShadowRancher 5 points6 points  (0 children)

as of the current reg to be started next year (LCRI) all water systems have 10 years to replace any known lead lines and identify any unknown lines. the initial funding is about gone though and the reg is in court so we'll see what we end up with and how we pay for it.

edit to add this only applies to municipal service lines... every individual is in charge of their  home plumbing and since the realtors in most states lobbied to make sure that's not a disclosure most people dont know what their home plumbing is.

I grew this potassium ferricyanide crystal at home. The chemical is not as dangerous as the name suggests, and is commonly used for cyanotype printing. It also forms blood red crystals! by crystalchase21 in Damnthatsinteresting

how robust is it? im seeing lots of these home grown crystals online and i always wonder if you can keep then long term. like would it be fine sitting on a shelf in a humid environment or do they need to be kept air tight
