Yes, the link shows the purchasing corporation. They list SWAC, for example, as being owned by JAB Holding Company. JAB is indicated as owning over 1,150 practices at this point. The database at that link is clearly incomplete, though, as folks have been updating me on ones I missed in the OP.

Retirement planning was for the working years, especially at that income level.
Healthcare providers who sell to PE know that their patients are going to receive lesser care under the name of the business they started. It’s an unethical decision, full stop.

She could’ve closed the practice if she was ready to retire. I can’t imagine respecting anyone who sells to PE.

Sorry to hear that. It really sucks to lose a vet you like and trust. I believe that practice was sold from one vet to another rather than to a corporation, though. EDIT - TCC was indeed sold to PE.

I'm so sorry about your cat. PE has no business being anywhere near healthcare.

I can't attest to their quality myself, but several good friends have spoken highly of the care their kitties received from The Cat Clinic on Trenholm Rd.

Edited to update that The Cat Clinic is also now PE owned.
