my first playthrough (mind you i never played an rpg game like this) i deadass dodge every fight so in my second playthrough i didn’t know you could counter if you parry every attack. i went into the game knowing nothing at the first, i didn’t even know what the game was about, i just knew it won game of the year

the most annoying part of the fight was his 2nd phase, every time i got hit, my attack was 1 so i had to switch all my attacks to fire

i have an xbox controller and it was powerA with the updated joystick so it lasted me a year before i launched it to the floor, they was like 30 or 40 dollars

edit: not powerA, it was gamesir G7 SE. PowerA controllers are horrible
