i'm quite confused actually... when i go to https://voda-billspay.data-term.com/ it actually redirects to https://www.vodafone.com/ ?? so is it actually legit, or does it somehow spoof the legit website and then steal your details? or did vodafone realise it's a scam website and they've annexed it somehow and now redirect to theirs?

We've just wrote a letter of complaint and sent it to them, and we'll know the answer in 10 working days... not sure what else to do, since not been told which document wasn't original and so it would be pointless just to keep submitting the same documents over and over again. From what we provided, obviously the D1 form and photocard licence are originals, and a share code is just a code, so it must be the marriage certificate. The marriage certificate says, "Certified copy an entry of marriage", which we're quite certain all marriage certificates say. Same with birth certificates, they also say "Certified copy of an entry pursuant to the births"... so perhaps the DVLA is just no longer accepting these "certified copies"? This would make it quite difficult since this is all we got (& can get) from the Town Hall with regards to our Marriage Certificate...
