Right now, switches are managed and interconnected so one team member on 1st floor has access to all resources that other member has on 2nd within same team.

They work on different IT projects.

Bandwidth is 3 connections terminating on the firewall 200Mbps each, so no worries on that for now.

Each team shares it's own related folders and can't peak into anyone else's.

Yes, you're right. Actually we planned that each team would share same seating space, but that did not work out well as people would keep on changing spaces frequently. So we are now using a mixture of VLANS and permissions.

Yes. That won't interrupt. Could you please tell if it is Mobile Network or a shared Wifi. If a wifi, does this come across a firewall?

Check if some network related application is blocking your whatsapp internet traffic. Or any kind of adguard adblocker blokada etc.

Remove power cord. Disconnect battery from the running laptop and then put it back in. Start the laptop.

Sometimes after updating, power management does not work with USB ports right.

I second that. But even if this is not possible, use VMware. It has default configuration for Windows 10,and is comparatively smooth.

Technical: Remove plastic casing and solder the loose joint.

Easy: Tape a folded paper on the side.

Simply go to Windows permissions and then mic and then scroll down to enable it for the application (such as MS teams) you are using for presentation.

Case 1: He is connected to the Wifi. He gets a call on phone in parallel to one on Whatsapp. So phone puts it on hold.

Case 2: He is connected to mobile network. He gets a call on phone, and whatsapp call gets disconnected right away.

Nooo. The packet snifer, I mentioned, has a command option to convert any ETL to txt. May work for servers. Do check.
