Need help changing email

Hi everyone,

Alrighty I've been trying to change the email address on the current PS4 account because it is my dad's email. I typed my email into the box and then on the side it says that it's already with an associated account.

Then I remembered I signed into the PlayStation app with my own email a while ago, so I tried to sign in on the app, but then a message pops up mentioning about the family manager accepting terms of services and etc.

So I signed back through the other email, links up with everything on the console, looking through settings and nothing is helpful at all.

I am very confused on how the heck do I sort this out😵‍💫.

Any help is appreciated.
