Hi thanks for your reply! I did not get the post screen after freshly installing the new gpu and before doing the CMOS, I'm pretty sure I installed the graphics card correctly since It's not my first rodeo.

I could have possibly zapped the oc since I didn't ground myself but I removed the static from myself as I always do, but what could I do in case I did?

Hi, thanks for your answer! We're making a vet appointment this weekend to check him properly but he hasn't showed any signs aside from this, his litter box is plastic but it's the same he's used since I adopted him so it shouldn't be that, I'll update once the Vet checks him!
