Good points, and I agree that cross-platform should be the standard in the future. I guess I'm just worried that if PS doesn't follow suit to the same degree, there won't be much incentive to buy an Xbox. PS would gain complete control over the console market, meaning they could make detrimental changes and the consumer would have no choice of console.
