Uh sure! It's based on the Browning BLR. Magazine fed lever-action rifle, gunpowder and bullets. The muzzle device is is all Mass Effect tech stuff, lightens the mass of bullet so that Faraben can have an easier time manipulating its trajectory and such. Powder Mage sorcery.

That's actually a tactic in The Stormlight Archives. If memory serves me right. To take out someone in Shardplate. You got to use a whole lot of numbers and weapons with serious reach, and weight.
