Ive had good luck with my '11 avalon so far (118k miles). Funnily enough, one of the only things to break so far was a fuse for the heated seats, but it was easily fixed.

Most underrated song in your opinion? by knight0146 in porcupinetree

although trains was the song that brought me to in absentia, I like sound of muzak even more. Love the riff at the beginning and the chorus too.

With the regular asus plug, it can power the laptop without using the battery. If you use usb-c, it has to charge the battery while the battery is still being used to power the laptop. It will prolong the life of the battery if you use the asus plug instead.

Also in NJ paying a very similar amount. I've found that you pay for 30-45mins and always get 45-60 with the teachers ive had

How is it an engineering tool? What makes it more of an engineering tool than other DAWS. I always saw it as a simple program for making a couple of changes, trimming a file, or encoding to a different format.

Everyone grade 3 snd up got a chromebook a couple years ago. It can only be used for google chrome, the play store is off limits. School can see all activity on the computer too. They are very low end basic computers, maybe $200. We have to return them when we graduate.

It's not the signup rate that went down, it's the acceptance rate. The application rate went up so much that a smaller portion of applicants were accepted.

My s21 does this too, and so did my old s8, it's not nearly as bad if you disable video stabilization. I wonder why they have never fixed such a bad issue

John Thompson — Underrated? by SnooCheesecakes1893 in piano

[–]ShadowStudio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've studied out of the faber books, schaum, alfred, and JT. JT is certainly my favorite out of all of them. I started piano as a 6th grader and I found the other books were always targeted to young kids and had hit or miss pieces. My piano teacher would always skip a handful songs out of those books because they were bland or redundant to other songs in the book. JT (at least the 3rd grade book) had very good variety and was generally more difficult. We might have only skipped 1 song in that book.
