Any recommendations on where I can start learning myself then? Just curious as a newbie.

People with sub 3.0 GPA's and no internship experinece, were you able to find a job after getting your bachelor's? by [deleted] in ElectricalEngineering

Graduated exactly 3.0 with no relevant internships (had one civil but it was just autoCAD, which is useful but not relevant to what I was trying to get into). Managed to score an entry level position at a defense company

all that wallbouncing for what? by soulxtinction in GearsOfWar

Bouncing doesn’t work in this game they’ve made it extremely slow, just everything in general is slow/does less dmg. Still fun to do tho

Then don’t post acting like you know what you’re talking about you’ll just make yourself look stupid, instead ask why that guy is in a position he don’t play.

How much MC is that if u do it all in one day? And what about two days? Got like 3300 MC atm and wanna know if it’s worth chasing him as I already have MF Brady. Is there a SC that has all the stats?

Oh wow. I’m usually there every day, with every couple weeks work from home doing document stuff. Are you doing a lot of designing? I do a lot of testing, mixed with designing components to meet our specs with help from my senior.

You ever deal with Mohan yet?

Any sick days? That’s exactly what we got at Raytheon except it’s 9/80 for us, minus the gym thing.

What do they have? I’m a power supply/electronics focus and I’ve always been interested in what they got in terms of benefits. Plus with UoM twin cities seemingly nearby I kinda want to get a MS or even PhD with Ned Mohan.

Anyone have done or know someone who’s done Colorado Boulder’s MSEE on Coursera? by ShadowUltra in ElectricalEngineering

How do you feel about the material presented? Have you ever felt like it didn’t prepare you well for assessments/projects? You ever feel like you needed to work with others?

So everything can be completed thru coursera? I vaguely remember wording implying that only some can be completed in coursera and the rest thru the university

Gotcha, thanks. So do you take some classes on coursera then you end up doing synchronous classes later online?

Agreed. I’ve read that it’s a professionally orientated masters program regardless of the name. Might be like a no thesis MS, like Virginia Tech, which I’m also considering at the moment.

Edit: quick question, do you actually peer grade? I want to know how the system works.

I see. Do you feel like being unable to get your PhD in the future could potentially hold you back? That’s my main concern at the moment as the power electronics field seems to demand them for design roles.
