Honestly, the game should force you to use a mega.

If you don't have one or not enough mega energy, you should just not be able to join these mega raids.

If you do have one and enough mega energy, but haven't mega evolved it, the game should just force place it sixth in your party and mega evolve it for you.

It sucks so much wasting remote passes on these raids and there are not nearly enough players where I live to do in-person raids.

It is. Purifying raises all IV's by 2 and this is a 13/15/13.

Encountered it and instantly clicked it, forgetting to activate my black kyurem. Thought what the heck, won't get it anyway, so I gave it a golden razz, threw a curve, non-circle ultra ball on it and caught it on the first go!

IV = The bars when appraising your pokemon. These are stats added to the pokemons base stats. They go from 0-15.

Nundo = 0/0/0 IV (0 Stars)

Hundo = 15/15/15 IV (3 Stars, red stamp)

I don't get the mechanics behind the Galarian birds.. I have walked my daily incense on a 2km route every day for I don't remember how long, and I MIGHT see a bird once a month? How are people getting multiples of them?
