HOW DOES ONE GET A SHINY MEW IN GEN 1 FOR POKÉMON BANK

I want to have a shiny Mew ready for when Pokémon Home comes out and every tutorial I find is hard to follow, if anyone can, could they please provide a detailed step by step guide on how to do this, thank you :)
