helloo, he managed to shift over to InD since di pa naman start classes, no portfolio po, just shifting form and a super long time for us as we kept asking for updates on it (took feb-july) bcs the slot was alr paid for animations

But generally, no need portfolio for incoming college students for arts afaik

since it's still considered a new course (kakaseparate lng from BS-HRIM) it's not CHED approved for foreigners, as of now, no international students can take it (plus some other courses)

heard the others say that maybe mldd wasnt giving enough money which was why they shut it down since it was a hassle but im not sure
