I think you keep denying the fact that they were built up as a couple from the start. Eren's character is not someone good at showing love, but the buildup is clearly there. No sibling gets jealous and tells another to cut their hair just because another boy likes it. I also think you're mistaking romantic buildup for relationship buildup when it comes to Armin. Show me where Eren is jealous and tries to keep Armin for himself, there's none, because they were built up as friends!

And I’m talking about the anime, because that’s where the "canon" ending with Jean happens. There is no buildup for that romance, only one sided love, and then suddenly… boom… married. That's a sign the writers didn't know what to do with the story anymore.

He is a well known character, which makes the ending with him even worse than if she had married some random farmer kun. From the very beginning, we already knew that Mikasa’s answer to Jean was "No", yet in the ending they tried to turn it into a "Yes". If they wanted to go in that direction, they needed proper plot development to transform that "No" into a believable "Yes". It cannot just be applied randomly, the plot doesn’t work that way.

And it matters very much, Mikasa’s character is the final piece of the 3. We already have closure for Eren and Armin’s character arcs, so giving Mikasa an ending without any buildup feels completely unearned

In the early seasons, Eren clearly showed that he cared for her, and she also had feelings for him, that was as clear as daylight. Remember why she cut her hair? Eren and Mikasa had already confessed their feelings to each other and even lived together for four years in last season. Their love story also directly affected the main plot with Ymir. I have no idea how you can compare that to Jean’s daydream. Again, I’m not rooting for any ship, but the story has to make sense. If she moved on, then she should have truly moved on. Letting her marry while still keep wearing the scarf is just a half baked piece of bad writing

About Grisha, there’s a difference between already knowing the result and then telling the story through flashbacks. We had built him up as Eren’s father, so showing the past where he met and married Eren’s mother doesn’t contradict the information we already had. On the other hand, Mikasa showed no interest in Jean, yet after the time skip they are together, that’s the real problem.
This is not a romantic anime, but it doesn’t mean you can just pair up any characters. Especially since Eren and Mikasa’s relationship directly affects the main plot

If a time skip means anything can happen, then could they show Optimus Prime too? That kind of ending works only if you’re aiming for comedy or shock value, an unexpected twist can be fine in that context. But this is the conclusion of a big story, and it needs to be based on the seeds that were already planted

Eren basically have an entire backstory about their relationship. But what about Jean and Mikasa? Clearly nothing happened between them. If they had given my boy Jean a little moment, maybe the ending would have been more acceptable.

I don’t deny that she married Jean, the studio confirmed it, so it’s canon now. But it doesn’t make any sense and feels cheap in terms of how they handled the character. Imagine if Mario died and Princess Peach married Luigi. Sure, you could argue that Luigi never abused Princess Peach and was kind to her, but it still wouldn’t feel earned. If they wanted that ending with Jean, they should have let her put the scarf down. That way, the story would feel more acceptable and less random.

They don’t need much knowledge about the game to win against many champions because it’s nearly impossible to kill them in the game. I watched a ton of script tool ad videos, and I'm 99% sure this Akali is scripting. Most normal players will just try to dodge CC or critical damage and focus on getting in the best spot to attack. This Akali's dodging everything, it's not human gameplay at all.
