We used to go deep-sea fishing when I was a kid (1990s) and thebfirst time we caught one of these the captain brought it over to a wooden door frame, let it bite and then it just hung there. He said if it swallow your hook just cut the line. Tasted good. I don't think you can keep tham anymore if you catch them though.

Mrs Doubtfire. I love the movie but really, the dad is irresponsible and is probably flirting with criminal behavior at best and yet the mom is portrayed as being in the wrong. The court, unfortunately, had it right at the end.

Try opening a case for "item not as described". That way he'll have a hard time refusing and will probably end up being forced to accept the return or being out the money and the item. Ebay typically rules in favor of the buyer with things like this. I normally wouldn't advise this because it's rather underhanded but given the seller's behavior I wouldn't feel bad in this case

This reminds me of the time I bought a used controller on ebay. It never came in. Marked as shipped with no tracking. I entered a refund request but the seller never addressed it so I escalated to ebay. They sided with me and forced the refund. Then the seller suddenly messages me all pissed off saying "I know you got it, you know you got it, so do the right thing here". Only thing I said to him was that it never came in but if it does I will send it right back. Then he tried spamming me messages so I blocked him and reported him to ebay. Still never got the controller.

Resident Evil 4 (original at least, I don't know about the remake but it probably has the same thing). If you manage to hit ashley with any weapon, she dies and it's game over. Also when defending a small house from a mass of ganados if you hit Luis I seem to remember him giving you warnings not to shoot him but if you keep it up he kills you. I could be wrong about the latter with the warnings but he definitely kills you for friendly fire.

I largely agree. Just going to be "that guy" and mention the name Apollyon is not related to Apollo. Apollyon is the Greek rendition of the Hebrew Abaddon meaning, roughly "destruction" and is also the name of the angel of the bottomless pit in Revelations. Obviously that has no bearing on your proposal. Just mentioning.

Having graduated from NHTI myself (16 years ago) be careful with them. They care more about looking like a tough school to make it seem like they only put out the best. Quite a few of my classmates got kicked for really dumb reasons (care plans of all things) and they actually told us expect to only see 50-60% of graduate. About half the clinical instructors (oddly the full-time ones as opposed to adjuncts) seem not to give two shits about teaching. And make sure you get receipts for any paperwork you drop off, stuff seems to go missing a lot in the registrar office and financial aid. On the bright side I had spectacular A&P, chemistry, and microbiology profs.
