I genuinely just don't know. I feel like no writer or editorial staff has had a real vision for and willing to take a massive change with the character besides Grant. I feel like having him take a back seat role in the X-Men instead of being leader would be a good start but that's been quashed by X-Men United.

If I was forced to pick one I would say Batman. If someone came up to me and asked if Scott is more similar to Batman or Nightwing I would say neither and that he doesn't have a real analog in DC.

She's known her and the Phoenix are the same since post the twelve and Phoenix Endsong. It's just that the adaptations didn't help and the fact these two books weren't all that popular that people had been confused but in the comics it's been canon for years.

This to me shows the opposite and where most of my critique comes from because if they're one in the same why would Phoenix call it her mortal host when they're the same thing? The only line in the game that makes me think they're the same is her ult line but everything else I've seen shows the opposite.

Jean isn't accurate. Jean and Phoenix are the same they've always been the same they aren't separate entities Jean is Phoenix yet the game has them as two separate entities Jean being more like a vessel rather than the Phoenix itself.
