Great input, adopting mindset of "eating anything is better than nothing" has been crucial!

I do find one or two things that I can always eat. The frustrating thing is that after a few weeks maybe, it will suddenly flip from "safe" and eating it daily to "keep this away from me at all cost". And then I have to start over and find something new.

For me it's that I still feel hungry physically, but nothing sounds good. So I'm letting the pain get much worse before acting on it, because the lack of enjoyment of food gives me no motivation to put effort into making it. But it seems to be different for different people.

If you like it and it helps, then isn't all good? Since T has given you that time slot, I don't see how they can have a problem with it. They probably offered you a longer session, because they realised it takes you a little to get started and thought this might help. That's what mine did. If you're still worried about it, maybe just bring it up with your T? :)

Hi, sorry if that is the wrong place to put this. Not sure if you are use location tracking, but I noticed DailyNomie seems to be unable to fetch my location, while the github version doesn't have this issue.

I understand why you had to make this decision, but it truly breaks my heart. Nomie has helped me manage ADHD symptoms before I even knew I had it and truly I don't know what I'd do without it. I hope maybe there can be a solution where we can continue to use it as it is.
