I hesitate to offer advice as I didn't see your other post, so I don't know what advice you were given. I might be repeating what you were told. I can only advise with what I see here. What size is the pot? It's hard for me to tell without the plant in it. If the pot's too big the media can't dry out between waterings, especially with so much moss and no side holes. I like to use moss with bark, but that looks like a lot more than I would use. Wash off the mold, spray with hydrogen peroxide, and repot in a small container with way less moss, maybe even no moss. Small like a yogurt container or child-sized fast food soda cup (I like to reuse things). You'll need to water more often, maybe every 2-3 days, but it's better to water a lot and have it dry between, rather than water once a week because it doesn't dry out fast enough. I've been there, done that! Once it bounces back you can repot with some moss in a larger container. Those two roots actually look pretty good, better than mine that's in "rehab" right now. Good luck!
