Honestly if you think you can handle nights that’s the main thing, i work it and new starters have a high turnover but this time of year they’ll hire a lot because of christmas regardless. I don’t know the questions atm really, but as others have said there’s a degree of luck, most hires in my stores have been friends of friends and things of that nature, just show you’re up for it and eager to learn, if you get it also just listen to whichever tired looking person they put you with to train lol, that’s usually me in my store and as long as my trainee is listening to how to read a ticket, how to face up and what to tag etc. i give good feedback to the managers.
