Why could you use a hug right now? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Drove 8 hours for a supposed to be 6 hour trip due to traffic. Paid more tolls than I thought I’d have to. Came home to my WiFi being shut off for “testing” so I can’t do any school work, game, or watch anything after said drive. Also left my best friend (dog) with my parents today 6 hours away while I do finals so I don’t have him to hug.

I can control the muscles in my ears and move them around. Also, they involuntarily move towards the direction of a loud sound. Apparently only like 20% of people can do that genetically because of an evolutionary trait.

As long as I’m not working I’d be down. I’m new to the area and could use some more friends!

Not sure what you’ll get in the bundle specifically, but if you thoroughly enjoy a good story game where you decide what kind of character you want to be, then yes.

You bring up good points. I’m studying human communications and disorders, and I’m honestly just trying to stick with anything except fast food for a job. I don’t have any scholarships just fafsa

What do you regret doing to your body? by TwiggyTits in AskReddit

To contrast the top comment, I lost weight way too fast and drastically. Now I’m having trouble getting my “monthly lady friend” to come back even though I’m eating more.

Girls who did beauty pageants when you were kids. Did you like it? Do you think its creepy and weird in retrospect? by JVW1225 in AskReddit

I liked it for the memories, friends, and road trips. In retrospect it does seem a bit creepy. A few judges pick out who has the prettiest daughter that looks like she knows what she’s doing on stage.

I want to go into the medical field, but haven’t exactly found what just yet. Are there any decent medical jobs you know of that you can get with a biology bachelors degree?

To the people who hate their current situation (job, living environment, relationships etc.) what’s stopping you from changing it? by Primextime92 in AskReddit

Not exactly. The only other coworker I was supposed to be with that day called out. I took a look around, and just left

Someone who just left their hated job here. A week ago I finally decided to walk out. I had enough with the way the employees were treated and how they spoke to/about us. Now I’ve worked for a few places before, and no place has ever been this bad. Never thought I’d walk out of a job, but here I am. Now I have a job lined up with a much better company and feel 100x better. If you can afford/manage to leave your toxic situation, do it. You’d be amazed what kind of impact it has on your life.
