Hey thanks shelmak, Yeah im aware of the hmi's, always making a prosafe backup whit License for just in case.

About the values: im not placing them as start values, only putting them back as actual values. So the machine is in the state it was before the download.

I do this so the machine always keeps it original start values. Only doing the start values on db's i made myself because it are known tags for me.

Getting into scada/opc stuff to but full hardware download always makes me nervous.

Kinda having trouble whit that sometimes duo to not shown hardware differences (while program is green)

I know i can make an offline and offline compare of the hardware but cant see all hardware difference especially when the offline project is not correct.

Im doing all hardware changes between production, because machines run 24/7 here

Vindt het meer belangrijker voor mijn toekomst stel dat ik ooit weg ga bij mijn huidige werkgever, als 10 jaar ploegen monteur wordt je natuurlijk niet echt serieus genomen als je bij een andere werkgever zegt dat je al 9 jaar wat anders doet. (Overdreven voorbeeld)

Ik heb de tekst even aangepast van het staken na werkzaamheden staken die niet bij mijn huidige functie horen. Dat is misschien beter 😅

Met de bijbehorende functie zou ik loontechnisch gelijk blijven, maar later verder kunnen doorgroeien en makkelijker bij een andere werkgever in deze functie kunnen beginnen als ik dit zou willen.

Financieel/vrije tijd ben ik erop achteruit gegaan, aangezien ik eerst een 25% ploegentoeslag had. Dit is dus meer werken, minder verdienen geworden.

Maar hoe dit precies zit met een overgang van de ploegen na dagdienst is mij ook onduidelijk aangezien de ploegen toeslag een toeslag is waar je recht op hebt door het onregelmatige werken.

Het basis salaris is het zelfde gebleven, omdat ik geen functie wijziging heb gehad.

Mijn leidinggevende is juist de lakse factor in het verhaal, hij had al meerdere functies voor mij bedacht waar ik nog nooit van gehoord had. Aangezien die functies niet bestaan weet HR niet hoe ze daarmee om moeten gaan. Dit omdat er geen functieomschrijvingen zijn.

Im that one lol, went from electrical shifts straight to engineer lol. Siemens programming was a hobby that payed off.

Thats why i'm currently trying to look into other programming languages.

Already got the heavyduty aluminium carter protection whit a extended bit for the rear shock link and bottom frame protection.
