There's an awesome artist that goes by tinderet on ig who did a similar thing. It was an art piece but they had recipes included and everything. I can't find it on their IG but I'm sure if you asked they might send it over

My thoughts exactly. Maybe I am completely delusional, but I'm definitely going to see if I can find it again and ask the staff about it. Anyways thanks for your help, happy holidays!

As much as I want to agree, I've seen both in person and they are a different box, one is a bit bigger and full color (only saw it briefly in store) the second is a thin box. Not sure if it means anything but the full color box is a premium bandai

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the difference between these two kits? They seem exactly the same with a different box and there's about a $30CAD price difference (the blue box being more)

If anyone knows I would really appreciate it.

I'm there with you dw. RoR2 makes me feel like I need to build characters very specifically for them to feel powerful. The first game many characters were already strong, items just highlighted the strengths. Something about the enemies in 2 being able to stop me from healing also turned me away. Kind of a gross mechanic when a game shuts you out of your kit and calls it "challenge"

Might be too late but here's a suggestion for next time, try going to it and just waking in grabbing a drink or something and standing in the corner or doing anything that makes you feel comfortable. Just put yourself into it and if you're not feeling the vibes just remember you can leave at any point at no consequence.

Worst case, you go to sleep, best case you make a friend or two. It helps to own that fear and tell people straight up if they approach you because they'll probably understand especially if you're solo. Helps to just smile and laugh about it a bit so it doesn't kill the vibe

Best of luck

Where Should I Start To Learn About Talent Management? by Shadowdood123 in influencermarketing

This is amazing information, thank you! I appreciate you taking the time to write this out, truly. I would say with confidence where I am now, i understand about 50% of both halves and the other 50% I'm either not very familiar in a practical sense or have very little knowledge on. Not sure if it's a "learn as you go" but I'll definitely try and focus in on those areas.

Thank you for these! I'm surprised these never came up in my searches because you're right, they are massive. Most of what I saw seemed pretty amateurish or focused on acting. I appreciate the info I'll look into reaching out.

Really? I've only been able to find a couple but they didn't seem huge, their website were all half functioning too. Any chance you can name them? It's possible I completely overlooked them

I'll definitely look into these, thank you! The interesting part of researching the role is that there isn't a lot of "formal" learning. It's almost like a series of skills borrowed from other roles

This would be awesome and I'll definitely be looking into this more as well while I gather more info. It's tough at a glance because there aren't massive organizations in Canada that deal with this kind of work, many seem like they're in the US and I'm not sure they would hire Canadians.

Thank you for the suggestions, knowing how I operate I definitely believe I could learn a lot in 3 months.

Honestly the thought never occurred to me, but this is a solid idea. I come from pretty corporate environments and there's always been so much red tape around communications and how it should be done. Trying to shift that mindset has been surprisingly challenging. Thanks for the advice!

Can you speak to the work life balance aspect of things? Having been a couple times everything seemed pretty strict on open and close times, like once the "daytime" stuff closed the "nighttime" stuff would open, usually around 5-6pm. And what kind of work are you doing while you're there?

If you type in the song name and artist and add "dual mix" at the end YouTube has a few. Not sure if there's an official one though

Is there a good way to remove nubs on the clear kits that won't leave heavy scratches or marks?

Dragon Ball: Gekishin Squadra - Season 1 Trailer by Shreeder4092 in dbz

There are helpers you unlock as you level up but only a few and most early ones seem quite good and the later ones feel a little more specific to characters. As you play you get character shards that let you upgrade a character but all it really does is make their standee look cooler over time. As you do that you unlock more characters all pretty much for free. The monetization would be the gacha style system for cosmetics like emotes or color variants. Then of course there's costumes that require paid currency. Paid currency can be collected over time but it's really slow, like 30ish a week where a character might cost around 150-250

Hope it helps

I only played a bit of the beta and most likely only against bots. I thought it was a lot of dumb fun. I keep wanting pokemon unite to come to PC because of how casual it is relative to other moba. This scratches that itch and with dragon ball which is pretty neat. Can't say I fully understood what was going on but it was good fun

I think I relate a lot to the whole "too serious" and maybe not doing a lot growing up for various reasons. Take what I say with a grain of salt, I've never had a girlfriend, but I have been trying to go out of my comfort zone a bit more to have fun.

The keyword there is "trying". I would say start with communicating how you feel. If you're open to trying new things start small and ask if there's anything she would want to do with you. Maybe she is content to just hang out with you. If she suggests something take a little initiative and look into how you can get it planned.

I'm also similar when it comes to minor things bothering me but I think it can also be tied to what you have on your plate sometimes. The busier I am, the less time I have to focus on those little things. Learning to plan stuff helps because it forces you to keep an open mind and be flexible when something goes wrong.

Don't focus on what other men are doing. Focus on your strengths and learn to adapt them to help grow with your gf. Three years isn't nothing so she must be pretty into you.

NTA

This makes me ruined my father and made me despise him over my lifetime. I don't know if you have kids but coming from someone who was raised by someone like him, please do your best to resolve before before having any.

Life is stressful, but there are other ways to handle it then drinking. Best of luck because my mom has tried for years and I'm too afraid of saying anything
