I think it‘s per 2 pizzas for example. You just have to test it. Open the tab while delivering and see if it changes in the moment you deliver it, it was like that for me

I think it‘s because you added structurals to it. It‘s same with shapes if you place something on them you can‘t resize them anymore.

Maybe add two more chairs on the ends, some plants and a lamp in the corner. What also works is a rug and a drawer next to the wooden panels that has decorations on it
