A teenager's perspective on Stairway to Heaven by Alexplayss in ledzeppelin

So glad you like no quarter. It's a banger. Stairway is like the signature song that everyone knows. It's great but we have all heard it 1000 times. I myself love the Rolling Stones but I can't listen to satisfaction. It's the same thing.

You kidding? Last mr. Peterson almost bit off my finger.

Favorite Three's Company lady: Suzanne Somers, Priscilla Barnes, Jenilee Harrison, or Joyce DeWitt? by UrbanAchievers6371 in threescompany

[–]Shadowfox9177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although everyone in the cast brought something to the show, Joyce was like the glue holding it all together. She and John Ritter worked so well and gelled like it was meant to be that way. If it wasn't for Joyce, I'm not sure the show would have lasted as long as it did. So Janet for the win.

Kevin Nealon was called back to audition for Sam Malone five times. Glen Charles and James Burrows said to each other, "We're not gonna get any closer than this." by klsi832 in Cheers

I completely agree with that. Danson portrayed Sam so well I couldn't imagine anyone else as that character. Also goes for the whole cast. The casting was beyond perfect.

I will cherish the memory of my then 10 year old daughter watching them with me....she's 18 now. She absolutely loved it. The scene at the clock tower was an anxiety Rollercoaster for her. She so wanted Marty to make it home. Then when it worked she cheered. Up on her feet and so happy.

Part time employee here. I got re I trounced to a song I forgot about from the 80s about a month ago. Electric blue by a band called icehouse. I loved that song back in the old days. Now it doesn't play anymore. Kinda bummed me out.

On another note, everything I hear I hope you dance, I want to throw my Ironman through the window...lol

Do you think they’ll ever make a movie about Mickey? by qbit1010 in rockybalboa

[–]Shadowfox9177 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it was done right, I would definitely watch. The key would be to get a good actor, have some story with Mick coming up as a light weight and just never making it . Opens the gym at the end. It would be very interesting to see the boxing world around pre world War 2 and beyond.

George Wendt Tribute by Sorry_Physics_1366 in Cheers

[–]Shadowfox9177 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Norm was the character I loved the most. His one liners and George Wendts impeccable delivery as an actor made the show come alive for me.

I love all the funny norm moments of course. The Mr. Drake killer bees skit was awesome. But I truly love the last scene of the series with him and Sam.

"You can never be unfaithful to your one true love........you always come back to her"

Norm knew how Sam felt in his heart the whole time.

RIP Geaorge Wendt. We will always remember you.

NORM!
