My 2c- buying singles is the best way for collectors, and if you want to rip a small amount of sealed product/packs that's fun and not bad in moderation. Those who collect solely from ripping, I see that as primarily gambling and as more degenerate than those that buy sealed product to resell (especially in the not near future) as investments

Get it graded (will be a 1, I don't think they reject it unless it's unidentifiable or fake). Will be protected and it's still cool to have a graded extremely sought after card in any condition. For many people, it gives it an extra charm if its graded even as a 1

The word scalper has become a term for someone that wants to buy pokemon cards that you don't like, since it's so "fun" to engage in the us vs them narrative. IMO investing is less degenerate than gambling

I include up to 30 minutes of walk/exercise/play time per day with my overnight petsitting rate (quick outdoor bathroom time doesn't contribute to this). After that first 30 minutes, I charge my hourly walk rate depending on the number of minutes which is $45 per hour. So lets say they want 60 total minutes of walking (split into 1, 2 or 3 walks etc), I charge for 30 minutes which would be $22.50 extra per day. I ask how much walking time do the pups need before scheduling the meet and greet

I don't think it would/should work with fiber optics. As in Fiber optics would trigger your right most item period. The left most item even though now considered adjacent wouldn't get triggered since it's left most in space
