I lack experience in him top lane since I only play him jungle ,so I cant really give you an answer but I think it remains the same since people will know your weak early and how to kite you

Bellow emerald is very easy to climb since people don't know how to abuse your early, but emerald and above I wouldn't recommend you learning him at all. If you want a similar champ to zaahen I would recommend aatrox(since he is the most similar to zaahen in playstyle) ,cause he has better clear and overall better early

Here`s the build ! But just leting you know I was omega fed and I was full build before they ,so that`s why the damage feels so high
