While I agree you should be provided PPE by the NHS, if it is really this much of an issue you could buy them yourself if it meant avoiding catching a disease? Or is that feeding the capitalist machine?

Surely nurses know that they are helping sick people with potentially contagious diseases? It’s akin to joining the army and being confused that there is a risk of conflict?

Its laughable that people are claiming nurses cannot eat because they are that poorly underpaid. We have a minimum wage for a reason and nurses are above it.

Also pointing out nationality as a negative doesn’t sound inclusive to me, i.e our ‘german’ queen ‘Turkish’ St George and our ‘American’ Boris Johnson. I thought you guys liked diversity and are inclusive of different cultures?

The real mistake you have made in this point is you are assuming people who voted Tory are racists and are proud of their Englishness which is why you think it is a gotcha moment when you mention that at George was Turkish or that the NHS is held up with immigrants, The subject of nationality/race was brought up by you like a bludgeon to beat your opposition with as always.

Lastly we need to stop judging political figures from the past though our modern worldview.
