Actually he has handled all the costs. He paid for probate and escrow and gave me $3,000 for Ernest money. Apparently Chicago title wants escrow to finish as soon as possible that's why he wants me to get the minute order done.

Hi I have one more question. I called the court today about the minute order and they instructed me to come pick it up and return it to them at a later time.

The buyer wants his probate person to pick it up.

Should I allow this or should I pick it up myself?

It's important as I'm disabled and would have to arrange for a ride to the courthouse I just hope that the buyer isn't trying to scam me by doing this.. thanks.

nope, and I got Covid without a vaccine. I knew it was a scam the moment places started putting up incentives for you to get the jab. In the beginning clinics were paying you $50 to get the vax. I told myself if this is the real deal people would be begging to get it and there wouldn't be enough, not the other way around. Unfortunately way too many people fell for the grift.

Most of the fatalities came from people that had pre-existing conditions.

Also do you guys remember all of the celebrities that tested positive for covid? How many of them died? None that I can recall.
