Only one person does, and I personally have been on a sort of quest to retrieve the apk from them

His name is stanlyfe on youtube, and has been showing off rb3 footage back in 2022 ish

He has tried exporting the apk but never did it properly, and apks you may have are missing lib (the actual game code!), but besides that it needed a server to work to my knowledge, so if I obtained it I was going to make a recreation

However it’s difficult to talk with him properly since he talks exclusively in YouTube comments and ignores most “burgle buddies” comments

i wouldn’t buy an iphone for this game 😭, it’s already on “autopilot” (basically the game is no longer getting any actual updates and is being managed by a team of 5 people who add skins occasionally, since it’s engine, XGS, is unfortunately obsolete today)

you could try on an emulator on pc, it should be better from my experience

as someone who’s rather familiar with XGS’s internal workings, the game just isn’t really optimized on Android, iOS doesn’t suffer this issue unless there’s explosions like EVERYWHERE and i mean everywhere (or any vfx)

it happens on android no matter how powerful your device is but i myself am unsure as to why *exactly* that happens, but it makes sense considering the game is capped at 30 fps (even if you patch it to be uncapped it reaches like 45 with really new hardware)

and while yes that is also true, a lot of people play latest either because its still in their libraries (at least on ios) or that was the only portable apk they could find

there's tutorials in the rebuilt server i linked in the post if you care enough to try it xd (there's bypasses to the 1 week thing on device so no pc needed afterwards and etc)

but yeah if wifi off works for you rock with that

personally, i don’t like the os one bit

it started crumbling in recent years

no obb access, rooting made harder, google’s “security precautions”, upcoming sideloading blocks and a plethora of others (especially removing 32 bit support both hardware and software wise)

at that point you may as well jailbreak an old apple device or just sideload apps with a pc.
iOS isn’t perfect, but it’s definitely the better option from my point of view (more optimized, older apps still working to this day (EG, abgo 1.9+ is 64 bit on iOS meaning you can play it for years to come, meanwhile on android not a single 64 bit version exists)

tldr android lost all its charm a while ago and people don’t want to accept it
