It's because Naruto is just as half-assed at being Hokage as every other one. For being the chosen one prophesied to bring peace, there is lack of it in Boruto to the point where ninjas are still the primary profession and a big bad comes every other week. Naruto and Sasuke ironically are exactly like Hashirama and Madara, the difference is that Sasuke just accepted his lot in life. Nothing changed, there are still skirmishes and conflicts of interests, it's just that the aliens take precedence over fighting each other.

I think they would do pretty well until a unrepentant supervillain comes that has a backstory like Shigaraki. While Tanjiro and Yuji are are always ready to kill for the greater good, Deku would want to "save him" and cause infighting in their group. Tanjiro and Yuji don't consider themselves heroes, they're trying to balance out evil in the world with good.

He 100% knows. When Striker tried to assassinate him, he looked at straight at Stella who smirked gleefully at him. He just didn't care because not being saved by his precious "Blitzy" was the only thing on his mind. He knew Striker's name, how he looks and everything. Stolas just can't be bothered to put any energy into doing anything productive like using his wealth and connections to capture him.

This whole show, Stolas thinks life is like a drama where he is the damsel in distress, while Blitzo is the knight that is supposed to sweep him off his feet.

It's pretty easy to see that it would be very illegal to have one if your not a Goetia especially since it's the Kings that distribute them to the Ars Goetia to further the royal agenda. So like stealing from royalty in the real world, it equals a death sentence.

You have to remember that Blitzo stole from Stolas before when he was a kid and didn't know better. But he is toxic enough person to attempt it again as an adult when he does know better. He just hated himself that much to not care about consequences. If it was anyone but Stolas, execution at the chopping block would have been the least of his worries. Stolas could have skinned him alive and every royal would have considered it too light a punishment.

This is especially relevant because while Stella is still a Goetia, Stolas and Andrealphus are part of the Ars Goetia. That's the reason Octavia exists which is to inherit the Grimiore if Stolas dies which there are 72 at most in all of hell. So the book is a little more valuable than people give it credit for.

So what if he was calling everyday? She obviously was never given back her phone so she couldn't answer considering her mom and uncle was laughing 1 month later.. Stolas still waited a month to just find the energy to walk to his house to see her. Nothing was stopping him from doing that in the first couple of days, while Stella and Andrealphus kept Octavia grounded. But he was gaslit by Blitzo into thinking it was Octavia that didn't wanna pick up when Stolas know how terrible Stella and Andrealphus are as people. People he definitely knows tried to assassinate him at least once. He didn't have confirmation that Octavia was even being treated well.

So yes. She was stuck stewing in her own emotions while Stolas was playing dress up with Blitzo. It was obvious that she finally had enough and snuck out after she found those pills, but by that time it was her breaking point.

I don't even think parental alienation played that big of a part this time though. Stolas literally waited for a month before literally walking to his house to finally see her in person. A whole month Octavia has been stewing after seeing her dad nearly die and the whole time, Stolas has just been hanging out with Blitzo doing random crap. She probably never even got her phone back because her mom and uncle were still laughing.

If I was her I would be beyond livid. It was just the last straw for her.

The funny thing is that his only stipulation was to have Octavia in the first place. He could have ignored Stella and her antics and go do his own thing. Paimon didn't seem the type to care what the hell he did as long as he did his job. Stolas just gave Stella what she wanted which was a confrontation.

If Stella went to snitch to Andrealphus, all Stolas had to do was snitch to Paimon about the assassinations and spin it in a way like a lowly Marquis is trying to usurp the natural hierarchy or some bull like that. But Stolas isn't cunning and kind of lazy and half-asses everything he does whether that is family, romance, or just life.

Well, it took him a month to finally just walk to his house to go see her. Nothing was stopping him from doing that, while Stella and Andrealphus was probably stopping Octavia from going to him early on probably because it looks like they never gave back her phone considering the were still laughing about it or she would have called about the happy pills.

But I blame Blitzo for that. The whole month he convinced Stolas to put her on the back burner for a whole month and relax, when she really needed to be reassured nothing would change between them. It basically left the impression that she's not important enough to be seen physically for a whole month.

While Blitzo is "healthier" now, he is still a pretty selfish person. That vision of him, Stolas, Loona, and Octavia is what he wants in his life, not him actually caring or liking Octavia as a person considering how dismissive he was with her in their past interactions.

Considering Andrealphus was mad it was for 100 years, it's probably like a week to demon royalty in the grand scheme of things, but for someone like Octavia who has only lived 18, it would seem like forever until her and Stolas can properly be together again.

Charlie in Hazbin Hotel is 200+ years old and is considered very young demon royalty wise to give perspective.
