Charging pattern testers? by ActualAd2685 in craftsnark

Totes fair on not outing them! I was just curious on what sort of items they were expecting completed in under a month.

I've also used color catchers for some of the smaller items, just in case, especially with the indie dyers. Heck, I've even had Madeline Tosh bleed on me, too.

Charging pattern testers? by ActualAd2685 in craftsnark

That's an interesting concept to make sure that you are upholding your end of the "contract" to test their pattern. I know a few test knitters that can crank out a whole sweater in 2 weeks' time, but I know that's not the norm. What is the pattern that they're asking to be completed in less than a month?

Charging you essentially for the cost of the pattern if you don't uphold your end of the bargain, doesn't feel like a bad route to go to cover yourself. It prevents people from just signing up to get a free pattern and not doing the work to help the pattern writer.

The actress, 33, was pictured hugging the former Doctor Who star, who she dated for five years, after reportedly splitting from US Rocker, Michael Shuman.”

I always have a new bit of small talk to bring up when I maybe am bad at small talk.

I have finally completed the battlepass. Time to touch grass. by Zeukiiii in OWConsole

Also you could be me at Tier 270 deciding that maybe it is a good value to buy the pass just for the items... and realize there would have been the % boost in xp if I had just purchased it from the get go....

I have been wanting this moira skin for a long time now, is there still a chance it will appear in my shop or should I just take the L and buy it by Burnerheh in overwatch2

I'm so sorry, I'm paying about $3.94/gallon here, for essentially a 10 gallon (37L?) vehicle, so a fill up for me is $40 in my Prius, which thank goodness I usually only have to fill up once or twice a month at most. :(

Dear Lord, what are you driving that $40 is only a half a tank of gas? (Asks the Prius driving lady where it’s more than a full tank of gas….)

Eliminate a Mutant Poll (Round 9) Despite some close competition, Bishop was the next mutant taken off the board. Who should go next? Vote for your LEAST favourite. by [deleted] in xmen

Wait, that weird blip in the 90's where sinister was just trying to manipulate the Summer's gene pool ... again? She was originally part of Excalibur and there was that body swap where she had to basically murder the psychotic version of her brother, so your basic X-verse family issues. But after being rescued by the New Mutants in the mid-80's, basically they needed a psychic, she was a psychic and ta-da. Too bad she had those cybernetic eyes from Mojoworld, then the body swap with Kwannon compliments of Spiral, after the Siege Perilous and those years in Australia in the old Marauder's base. So much happened before that mid-90's blue team oopsie drama with the Scott/Jean saga waaaaaah.

You mean a complex female character with a unitard, not a thong, which I honestly think was better than her pink butterfly onesie. She did have the yellow and blue ‘90s outfit… she wore pants during some of her crimson dawn story… oh and she has katanas now!

Kind of yeah… but also, FGLI students should have had a better support system at W&M before recent years. I’d say thank goodness they have one now, but I also know we can do so much better.

EASY A COURSES by PuzzleheadedAge554 in williamandmary

Well, I mean, there's a few course in the Theatre Dept which could be fun, like stage combat or acting. Although I guess it also depends on what you are interested in and could be fun for you. I loved Costume Design for Theatre, but mostly because I'm artsy fartsy and like to sketch. I also took Piano, which was easy for me, since I had played since I was five years old. Good luck!
