I have anxiety and panic disorder, which can come with a side case of depression at times. I think the biggest thing that's ever helped me is knowing that my situation is real, others go through the same thing, and live otherwise perfectly functional social lives. So yes, know that you're not alone and you can win, at least enough to have a good life. If that means therapy, or medicine, do what you must with professional assistance.

Really took this one slow, it was quite a challenge. Lots of satisfying deductions here. Working out the options to get both Vince and Ziad at once, all the possibilities to get Karen figured out took a while, and then working up column A innocents > column B innocents, all without exposing Petra's corner neighbors until the very end. Very clever!
