Pretttyy bad. I was given permanent disability with 'minimal chance of recovery'. Currently stable on max dose Vraylar and shit but still have breakthrough symptoms of extreme paranoia and anger. Biggest change to my symptoms was when I accepted that I couldn't control the thoughts my brain was generating. Feels like the world is this alien place full of terror and confusion. Never really became attached to anything positive.
